If you get an incorrect password message when you try to install a program, remember that passwords are case sensitive and you must type them exactly as they appear. If your password is more than one word long, you must type one space between each word in the password.

Passwords can be found in your software's Program Description.

• If you bought the program in a jewel case, the Program Description is on the back of the insert.
• If you bought the program in a box, and there is a manual in the box, the Program Description is on the back cover of the manual.
• If you bought the program in a box, and there is not a manual in the box, the Program Description is on a piece of stiff paper inside the envelope the CD was in.
